FIX:

Edit line 191 in header-inc.php
From: chdir($pppath . "/");
To: chdir($pppath . "../");


Also changed lines 15 and 16 in config-int.php (Don't think I needed to do this but I did anyway.)
Line 15
From: $vbpath = "/home/xxxxxx/public_html//forum";
To: $vbpath = "../forum";

Line 16
From: $pppath = "/home/xxxxxx/public_html//photopost";
To: $pppath = "../photopost";
