I am at my wits end!

I have been trying to integrate my photopost software with my phpbb forum for the last four hours and something is up with the cookies!

The cookie settings on my phpbb forum are as follows.

Cookie Domain: .powterfans.com

Cookie Name: powterfans

Cookie Path: /forum

The cookie settings in my photopost are set exactly the same. Why am I unable to log in to my photopost admin panel? I type in my username/password and am told that my login is successful but then am taken back to the login screen again. Why are the two programs not properly integrated? Would someone mind helping me out and show me what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks!!!

Your cookie path must be / not /forum

When I change the cookie path to / on both the gallery and my forums, then I am unable to login to my forum admin panel.

You should be able to without problem try the login fix script at vbulletin

Okay, there is obviously something wonky going on. This is a new website so I'm going to scrap everything and start from scratch.

Hi Chuck,

If I were to create a test login do you think you could have a look at my forum/gallery settings?

I just reinstalled both programs from scratch giving both the gallery and forum the same cookie information.

Cookie Domain: .powterfans.com

Cookie Name: phpbb2mysql

Cookie Path: /

I still have something strange going on. My forum template is not being integrated properly with photopost. I have 'Use Integrated forum stylesheets' set to yes but the stylesheet does not show up unless I am logged out! When logged out, the style sheet is correct. When logged in, the style sheet is the photopost default.

You can set a login up sure

Thanks Chuck

Do I send you an email with the test account info? It will have admin privileges.
