Uploading images and I get this??

I am hosting with network solutions...

Running Vbulletin 3.6.7 PL1 and the latest Photopost..

When I try to upload an image into my gallery I get this error after I hit upload:

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 127

Error 127 usually means the path to mogrify is not set properly. Check that your path is set properly; /usr/bin/X11 does not appear correct.

How do I check if the path is correct?

I'm on a shared hosting plan with Network Solutions.

Try changing your image processor in global options to GD2 do uploads work now?
