500 Internal server error
 

Hi everyone. All of the sudden, I started to experience the message
"500 Internal server error" when trying to access any php files from my web host.

After trying several things, my host has an area that you can upgrade to php5.

I did this and it resloved the issue. What could have causes the 500 error. I did not change any settings.

Check your apache/httpd error logs; usually the error itself will be displayed in there.
