Error Code -1

I need to get this sorted as soon as poss. so apologies for posting here but I can't post anywhere else as I'm not yet listed as a verified customer! Also means I can't see the code in the other threads to get this problem sorted.

I've spent the last few hours checking and re-checking my paths and permissions and everything seems fine. But when uploading a photo:

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

"/usr/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 100x75 -quality 70 -geometry 100x75 -unsharp 10 '/home/*******/public_html/forum/500/thumbs/CHRISM-BRIAN.jpg'

And this appears at the top of the page:

Warning: copy(/home/*******/public_html/forum/500/thumbs/CHRISM-BRIAN.jpg) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /imagegallery/image-inc.php on line 305

Which seems to show that my upload path is wrong, I've checked it and it's right and the images are in the right folder - so why it's missing the "imagegallery" bit of the address I don't know.

Most likely your path for IM is set wrong.

When installing (or after installation) I don't see anywhere to set or change my IM path, it's just a drop down selection.
My host told me which path to use for MOGRIFY and that seems to be set correctly.
