Question Videos not showing up

Since upgrading recently my video clips no longer play in Photopost Pro. is there a document somewhere that describes server requirements and how to setup Photopost to play Quicktime and WMV movies that I can refer to for a refresher course? I had this working at one time. Thanks.

well what do you mean they do not play?

Only setting in photopost is in show photo options to show them regular way as a download link or embed the video in a player

If you go to our video clip category in Photopost and click on any of the movies you'll see the Quicktime logo and then a question mark appears on top of it.

On my other site the clips are .wmv movies and they used to play. But now they open a Windows Media window and I get a message that an error has occurred.

I have the option in Show Photos set to embed the video as a player. Could there be something on my server setup that has changed that I need to address?

As far as quicktime only thing I can say is do you have the quicktime.js file in the templates directory?

We do not have permission to view anything on your site to see what you see

I do know viewing other sites the multimedia seems to work fine

There is not a quicktime.js file but there is a quicktimedetect.js file. I downloaded the Photopost 5.6.2 package again and there is no quicktime.js file in the templates folder.

BTW I sent you a login user/pw via email in case you could take a look. Thanks!

Chuck, I sent you a login account via email so you could take a look at my photoshop site and the movies problem. Is there a server spec that needs to be met or something activated with the server host for movies to play? I think something must have changed with the server setup or software because it worked for a while. Thanks for any help.
