Error on Upload: Sorry, this image type () is not supported yet.

I have a new installation. When I try to upload a .JPG, I get this error:

"Sorry, this image type () is not supported yet."

The file gets uploaded to the uploads directory, but does not display in PhotoPost.

I checked permissions on the uploads and data directory (and nested directories) -- all are set to 777.

I am using G2 -- I originally tried ImageMagick but it did not work so we switched to G2, which is working fine in vBulletin 3.

Safe Mode is Off. I can provide a link to my PHPinfo file if you wish.

I checked all my paths in Global Options and they all appear correct with forward slashes.

What else should I be looking for? Thanks in advance!

I would suggest you check permissions again that all levels deep are 777 and in global options the data and uploads paths are correct and save then go to storage options and verify these are correct as well

Voila! It was the Storage Options that had a bad path. Now it works. THANK YOU.
