Header Problem

I am having a problem with getting my header to display. I have given a path to the header in the global options it is http://www.scrappershaven.ca/photopost/header.htm and is typed in this way.. if I put in this address itself into the URL bar of my browser the header comes up, but does not appear at all when you are using photopost.

The permission for the file are set at 644 and if I try to edit the header file using the edit header option in the admin panel I get this error

Unable to create or fix permissions for the file: http://www.scrappershaven.ca/photopost/header.htm

Correct the permissions or set the file path in the Admin Global Options

The file path is correct and I have tried the permission even at 777 but still no go.. so what am I doing wrong. Do I need to change something in the header-inc.php file? I am using phpbb for my forum.

You need to make the file 666 permissions via ftp and you need to use server path as it states in global options not a url to the header
