| Photos Not Coming Up
To make a long story short.
Server crashed, some mysql tables were not recoverable. Backups lost. The last backup found went to September 06. Ironically, none of the photos were lost. Not that it really matters because I would have to rebuild all of the lost categories and re-upload the photos.
The problem now, is that the categories that are left, are coming up empty and none of the photos, which are still there, are being show in the categories for some reason.

You have a url for us to look at? As long as your files and database are not corrupt you should be fine.

I remember this was the same problem when I made a huge upgrade from 3.0X to 3.6X. I forget who fixed it, but it got cleared up in like a few minutes.

Chuck, do you want admin access. I can PM you the details. It's closed because so many people go in there. It's the largest boxing related gallery section on the net.

Chuck, I upgraded the table I sent you to the latest format available. Over 8500 images saved, only around 2K lost, so it's bad, but no where near as bad as I originally thought.

Chuck, I spoke too soon. This morning, all the images I click on give me the error message of Photo not found in the database! , but checking through FTP, the photos are all there and the URLs to them appear to be correct. Additionally, there is a mysql error on top of every photo page Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/boxing/public_html/media/showphoto.php on line 83
Chuck, am I still under contract for an upgrade to the most recent version of photopost or should I purchase one so the issues can be sorted out with the database?

Under contract? I dont know what you mean by that one however the photopost upgrade and install contracts are one time services if that is what your getting at. If you tried to upgrade yourself and messed it up and want us to fix it yes you would need to purchase a new service
The error your posting means you have not ran all applicable upgrades in your case
So I suggest you turn on display errors under the debug setting in admin and then go view the photo it will tell you the EXACT error and then that will tell us what upgrade you forgot to run yourself. You can safely rerun 5.0 through 5.61 without any issues just dont run anything before that again.
