What does this error mean?

It means you on install that you did not specify the proper path to mogrify

You can correct the path in your admin config settings or if mogrify is not installed set in admin global options set your processor to GD2

I may have a similar problem, there is a path in the mogrify line in the config, but I also have GD2 chosen, should I remove the mogrify path and leave it blank?
