Need help please!

I recieve the following error after a fresh photopost pro installation and logged into the admin control panel. Tho having said that, I didn't empty the old database first.

I also recieve this error too:

/home/extre9/public_html/intensehumour/gallery/forums/vb3.php on line 32

I am running on a shared host using Linux. Php version is 4.4.4 ans MySQL version is: 4.1.21-standard. I can attach the files in question in a zip if thats any help to sort out the problem.

In addition to the above, an email was sent to me contianing the following:

On install 2 things.

On step 4 you have not placed the proper vbulletin mysql table prefix where noted so that we can obtain a successful connection to your vb database. On the last step of install on the integration portion the wrong server path to your forum was entered.

If you rerun install and correct your issues you will be fine.
