Watermarks - show up in PhotoPost, but..

Watermarks - show up in PhotoPost displays, but not on the images itself.

This is the fourth installation (just bought the license and pulled down yesterday) of PhotoPost (I have three license and my brother has another) -- but it is working differently.

Two Problems:

1. The watermark appears on the medium and large images displayed inside PhotoPost -- but when you use the provided HTML <img> code <img src="http://www.oldhippie.com/photos/data/530/medium/11.jpg" /> there is no watermark. This doesn't display the watermark.

2. It use to be that on my Vbulletin board I could right-click the photo and copy -- then paste it (I'm set to WYSIWYG in my UserCP) to a post -- and it would display. While it does display when I paste it there -- it displays a link instead after I submit the thread. When I right-click the photo in PhotoPost for the properties -- it isn't a jpg as expected. Where I'm I going wrong - and how do I gett to work like my other three installations?

If your using on the fly watermarks then images are overlayed with a watermark. If you call an image directly then there is no watermark. If you want images watermarked permanently then you need to turn off on the fly watermarks and use permanent watermarking
