Help! New Installation

I've installed this application four times (I own three licenses and installed my brother's) -- but this is the first time I've come up with this (print screen below)

http://www.oldhippie.com/temp/HELPpp.jpg

It loads a few and bombs. I've checked my directory and they're CMOD 777, and the Mogrify is the exact same path I use on the other three installations -- plus it wouldn't do a couple if those were wrong.

I was really hoping to upload a couple thousand photos tonight.

Please point me in the right direction.

More information -- I'm obviously doing bulk uploads and it stops at 10 -- which hapeens to be the number I tell it to process at a time. I had 22 I wanted to process in that batch.

So I delete the 10 it uploads from my upload directory (yup -- it wouldn't clean them up) and then set the number to process at 100 for the last 12. It throws up a quick error message after doing the 12 -- but they're in there, but it didn't clean them out of my upload directory.

Which mad me think that maybe my upload directory wasn't CHMOD 777 -- and sure enough it isn't. It was 755. I swore I checked that.

I'll try again and update the thread.

Problem solved -- loose nut behind the key board.

I guess that's why I never give up trying to figure stuff out myself. Typically I'll come up with the answer sooner or later.

I would be cool if the error message was "Hey Dumb Ass -- your folder isn't properly CHMOD".
