Highest Rated, Top Posters Not Showing

I saw this in another post and the member corrected it by reuploading all of the files. This didn't work for me. I am postin it here because it has always existed, I just hadn't noticed it until now. It happens on all 3 of my forums.

How do I correct this?

Never mind. I expected they would work on the index page but they don't?
They do work when inside a category. . .
