I had moved my installation to new server. The only that changed was the account, the directory structure remains the same. However I am not able to get the setting which is missing, as only when uploading the image, it returns this error:

Content visible to verified customers only.

And the message shows

Sorry, this image type () is not supported yet.

'invidcom' is my earlier host and the 'kushaaal' is my new host.

Where is the setting I am missing?

I am still not able to get the hold of the issue.
One thing I found that, I did not enter the header and footer.htm which I did. However I am not able to locate the path to headertag? Can that be an issue stated above by me?

The issue is you have the wrong server path in your settings. That entire thread does step by step what you must do to switch to a new server. You need to follow the entire thread and change your server paths.

If you follow the instructions and make sure your global and storage option paths in admin are correct in relation to your data and uploads paths you will be fine. The issue has nothing really to do with headers or footers it is the data paths you have not updated
