Header/footer errors?

Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/path/to/php/header.htm) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/scrapper:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/scrapper/public_html/gallerie/adm-misc.php on line 4216

This is the error I get when I am in the PP Header Editor screen. I also get this message with the Headtags and Footer editor screen.

When I look at the gallery these are the errors I get:

I am hoping that this is something easy to fix? Any help out there?

Just log into your admin section global options and clear the bogus paths in there for footer header and headtags
