Install erorr messages

In: Step 4: Configuring PhotoPost

I fill in all the blanks with the correct information.
Click on configure PhotPost and boom...

Trying to use integrate this with VB 3.6.5

What am I doing wrong?

Looks to me like you have not set your data and uploads directories at every level to 777 permissions beneath them per the install instructions. If you go back via ftp or ssh and change the permissions accordingly you will be fine.

Read the install directions and re-read them to make sure I did not miss something. Both directories set to 777.

They directories beneath data and uploads at every level need to be set to 777. The errors your posting tell me you have not done so.

Ok seems though I need to figure out the table prefixes to fix this last error message as my understanding has it is not finding the groups within VB without it.

Ok by defulat there are no prefixes for the tables for a VB install so non entered. Next entered bb for the cookies prefix, but still getting the above error message.

It just hates me...Sigh...

Hello

You need to ensure on the install config you enter the correct vb database info and on step 4 you select vb3 as your integration type and in the mysql table prefix part you enter the correct vb3 table prefix. Basically that error tells me your info is incorrect and as a result we can not grab your vb3 usergroups to import into photopost usergroups table
