Bulk upload error

I tried to upload some files to my new install and received the following errors. Although the photos and thumbnails were created in the gallery.

Warning: getimagesize(/home/nextgenm/public_html/gallery/uploads/1/IMG_12231.jpg) [function.getimagesize]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/nextgenm/public_html/gallery/image-inc.php on line 250

Warning: Division by zero in /home/nextgenm/public_html/gallery/image-inc.php on line 295

Warning: copy(/home/nextgenm/public_html/gallery/uploads/1/IMG_12231.jpg) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/nextgenm/public_html/gallery/image-inc.php on line 305

As well as this

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

"/usr/local/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 0x100 -quality 70 -geometry 0x100 '/home/nextgenm/public_html/gallery/data/504/thumbs/IMG_12231.jpg'

Does the upload work if you use GD2 without errors?

I don't have a bunch to do a bulk upload right now so will see if I get the error when I do, but I did do a single photo upload and with the error I got there I realized on the uploads/1 folder the write permission was missing, so changed that and single file uploads work fine, maybe that had something to do with the other error as well, or at least I'm hoping
