Problems with backup

Hi,

I have recently moved hosting companies and since the move I can't seem to backup the photopost database from the admin menu. When I try I receive the following error message. Help please.

PhotoPost Database Backup

Command being used to execute dumps (specific tables are executed individually):

Results:
Warning: filesize(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid/gid is 11579/500 is not allowed to access /home/t/r owned by uid/gid 0/0 in /home/t/r/trackaction_online_co_uk/photopost/adm-misc.php on line 1896
Warning: ad_images.sql is 0 bytes or did not get created.

You should double-check your .sql files to be sure the backup completed successfully.

Your new server has safe mode on and you can not use Photopost at all until safe mode restriction has been turned off.

Hi Chuck,

You say I can't use Photopost at all with safe mode turned on? But I am using Photopost on my new host and it all works fine apart from the backup of the database or am I missing something?

Those are the program requirements

As far as backups the path you are backing up to must be correct and 777 but as long as safe mode is on not much is going to work. safe mode will not allow uploading or the script to create categories when you create categories amongst other things

Yep, I've checked and safe mode is on like you say. But I can still run photopost ok, I can upload and create catergories etc. The only issues I seem to be having is backing up the database?

Then make sure the path is correct and it is 777 but as I state we have no guarantees that photopost works with safe mode in any way

I have a similar Problem. I can not backup the Database.
Safe Mode ist off.

Warning: escapeshellcmd() has been disabled for security reasons in /www/htdocs/w000000/Domain/gallerie/adm-misc.php on line 1933

Warning: system() has been disabled for security reasons in /www/htdocs/w000000/Domain/gallerie/adm-misc.php on line 1935

I really don`t know what`s wrong. Everything else works fine so far.
The Path in this Error ist not the Real Path.

Your host has disabled certain functions therefore you can not use the backup tool
