Upgrade Clarification Please

The current version I am running says 5.1 in the control panel. Therefore, following the instructions in the upgrade.php file, I have selected the upgrade for 5.1. Once selected I receive the following message:

This install script will upgrade your 5.1 release to 5.11. Only run this upgrade if you have the 5.0 version of the database in place (either by previous upgrades or if upgrading in order to the latest).

My question is, how do I know if I have the 5.0 version of the database in place? My version says 5.1, not 5.0. Am I selecting the correct upgrade to start with?

Yes you have 5.1 so just run the upgrades from 5.1 thru 5.61
