Just need a simple link to Photopost on navbar

I just need a simple link to Photopost gallery on the navbar--just like what we have here on this site with the "Photo Gallery" link. How do I do that? (I don't need to go back and forth between "Home" and "Gallery" or "Forum" and "Gallery,"
etc.

Thanks for your help.

Please bear with me. I know hardly anything about programming. What exactly do I need to put in? I've tried the following, but nothing shows up:

Code:
