Cannot access admin control panel...

I haven't changed the first thing since I last accessed the Photopost admin control panel. I am now trying to access it and I continue to get looped back to the login screen.

Your help is appreciated.

I would suggest you check in your vbulletin config file what your cookie prefix is.

Then try issuing this query against your Photopost settings table to correct the cookie prefix

UPDATE pp_settings SET setting='bb' WHERE id=172

Our cookie prefix is "vb" and has been this for quite some time, but we've never had problems before. I upgraded to the latest version of Photopost Pro here a few weeks ago, but I had no problems accessing admincp over several days time doing various updates, etc.

I'm not sure how to run a query. Where would I find the "Photopost settings table"?

Thanks!

Your control panel has a phpmyadmin link right?

You simply go in there and view the Photopost database and run that sql command correcting of course any table prefix for photopost and true cookie prefix

If photopost is in the same database as vb you can go to your vb admin panel and do the sql box under maintenance to run that query also

Okay... I ran that query through maintenance, changing the "bb" to "vb", and it fixED it.

Thanks!

The query was posted for this user and you would need to modify it to suit your purpose. The query will never work if your not putting the correct photopost table prefix and your not running it against the correct database
