No photos after upgrade

Hello

I have upgraded from 4.81 to 5.62 but none of the photos were showing

no thumbnail or photos at all

it says there are 100s of photos in there but they are now showing

the old PP had all files (thumbnail, mini, med. etc) in one folder but I see the new PP had seperated them.. I did see Moving files during upgrade and the files have moved into seperate folders but they won't show up


also my upgrade made it to 5.61 I did not see 5.62

I still have all the files saved.. is there a way to force PP to see my photos again?

You need to restore a backup of the photos table and run your upgrades again ONCE. Your photos are not shown because it appears you have ran step 3 of the 485 upgrade more than once which prepended the userid variable on the photo names more than once.

You can post a url here to confirm that but that is the correct course of action to take.
