URGENT - upgrade.php blank page

I'm attempting to upgrade a client's photopost installation from 5.3.1 to the latest. HOWEVER, step one is failing with just a blank page. This is a site that has 33,000 members and getting the gallery back up is absolutely crucial. I need any help I can get here. Give me commands to run or whatever you need. I must get the gallery back up tonight. It should be noted that every gallery page is showing blank also...not just upgrade.php
Thank you,
Kevin

Just some more information:

This is a dedicated server. I can do whatever is needed to get the gallery back up and running. This is a freebsd 6.1 server

Link to phpinfo: http://www.420times.com/gallery/phpinfo.php

Really looking for some kind of tips here.

Figured it out. For some reason, it was't throwing any errors, even though it should have been throwing a parse error. Not sure why but it's good now

That all depends on whether your PHP is set to display errors but yep the best thing is always when encountering a blank page is to reupload the file incase it is corrupt.

I moved everything using SSH (same server) and while editing the config files for the new site, I just accidentally deleted a quote...The little things will always get you
