can't view index page

Maybe I missed something obvious, but for some reason I'm not able to view the index.php page of my photopost section. Installation went fine, and I'm able to edit the configuration in the admin control panel, but when I try to view the main idex page, I get this:

I have no idea what the global.php file is. There was no such file in my download. Is it something I'm supposed to rename or create myself?

On the last step of install the server path to your forum was not correct. You can edit your config-int.php file and on the $vbpath line specify the correct path.
