Red face Question Regarding Install.php

Hi,
I am trying to run the install.php for the first time.

I am on Step 4 and after filling in all the fields and pressing "Configure Photopost", am shown the following error message:

Warning: main(\nas27ent\domains\s\scrapbookcentral.co.uk\user\htdocs\photopost/languages/english.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in \\nas27ent\domains\s\scrapbookcentral.co.uk\user\htdocs\photopost\pp-inc.php on line 176

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '\nas27ent\domains\s\scrapbookcentral.co.uk\user\htdocs\photopost/languages/english.php' (include_path='.;C:\php\pear') in \\nas27ent\domains\s\scrapbookcentral.co.uk\user\htdocs\photopost\pp-inc.php on line 176

It seems to be suggesting the file doesn't exist but I have checked my FTP window and can definitely see "english.php" in the "languages" folder.

In the field on the Step 4 page named "URL to PhotoPost main script directory" I have just filled in the root directory where I've FTP'd the Photopost files but wasn't sure if this should show all the FTP files or just the "public" domain, ie "http://www.etc." I have tried both and get the same error.

Can anyone help please?
Jody

Make sure on the initial install and config portion on the path it suggestions to your Photopost you use forward slashes / NOT BACKSLASHES.

Thanks very much Chuck, that's solved my problem. Should have noticed that one!
