Make sure that directory is set to 777 permissions at every level and remove in global and options the extra trailing slash off the end of your data path there you have two slashes on the end.

thanks you for your answer

this is the error message:
Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
I have set the whole directory and all files to 777 permissions

but at one point the CHMOD stopped with my smartftp programm:

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
If I try to change the ending "/" here and save and then go to the page again i still see the ending "/" again.

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
best regards from germany

As I have stated above in my initial post remove that extra trailing slash off your data directory in admin => global options

You have it set to this

/homepages/39/d75509017/htdocs/pp/data//

it needs to be this

/homepages/39/d75509017/htdocs/pp/data/

As I have stated above in my initial post there is no extra trailing slash
as you see on the last picture above - or here again:

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
If I try to change the ending "/" and save and then go to the page again i still see the ending "/" again.

But once again there is no double slash and there have been no script changes in the last 4 weeks.

best regards from germany

There is a nother path called the "Full SERVER PATH" server path with identical information, you can only access the "Full SERVER PATH" server path using site admin.

1. Orignial Image storage directory server path

2. Full SERVER PATH to PhotoPost data directory

Correct in Storage Options the server path and url must be correct. I would suggest you recheck the path and url under global options. Then go to storage options and hit revert and save twice to pick up the global paths and in your data directory make sure it is set to 777 at every level

These are my settings in "Storage Options"

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
These are my settings in "Global Options"

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

All files and all directorys are set to 777
and the site seems to work fine.

But as I said in my 2 post:

I would suggest you check all your data directories and ensure that all the proper directories exist and are 777. Being since your issue is directory 520 check that one very close Make sure there is a thumbs medium and mini directory and all are 777
