mysql5 ready?

I'm having a lot of trouble trying to install this into a mysql5 database w/ my vb databse.

Is this not advised?

To anyone else:

I went through the install.php and pp_inc.php and deleted all ":3306" entries and that fixed it. :)

3306 should be fine and is a normal mysql setup so yours must be configured with another port

Well if you are having socket errors give this a try, it worked great here.

Yep I have seen sometimes where people use different ports so a good argument for us to out a port config in the config
