Tumbnails only image not showing

I don't know what is wrong. I upload images on my photopost with no errors and the only thing that is showing are the tumbnails. I noticed that none of the normal size images are not saved under /data folder. All the folders and subfolders under data/ (including data folder) are set to "777". Here is what i have:

i am getting that same error but when i right click the big image and look at hte path it says gallerydata instead of gallery/data but i have looked everywhere possible and cannot find that incorrect path

Your using the on the fly watermarks what happens if you turn this off. You might have a watermark path incorrect. Also check in storage options in admin that your path is correct

mels go to global options and make sure urls and paths are right and save then go to storage options and hit revert and save twice to load the default paths your paths in storage options are wrong
