Hello

It would help greatly if you gave us some info to assist us like a url and test login etc. Also what version of the software are you trying to install with what version of vbulletin etc

Hi,
I finally got it working last night. I am not exactly sure what was wrong the directions did not say you needed to upgrade every version inbetween current version and the newest version but i did that and it worked. the problem with the images was resolved by changing the settings in storage.

yes the upgrade documents say to run all needed upgraded from your current version to the latest and hense this is why you work now.
