Error 1 Problem

I recently moved my server to a new machine. I fought through the configuration issues with Photopost and it looks like I can see my images. However, now I am seeing a problem when attempting an upload.

Here's the error:

Quote:
Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

"/usr/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 100x75 -quality 90 -geometry 100x75 -unsharp 10 '/var/www/vhosts/classiczcars.com/httpdocs/photopost/data/500/thumbs/DSC02054.JPG'
I am the host and running Fedora Core 4 with Plesk 8.1.0. I verified that /usr/bin/mogrify is my correct setting and am using ImageMagick. I followed the instructions on the support page to install ImageMagick so that should be OK.

Does anyone know how I can get this thing working again?

I also tried GD2. It does get one step further, but, after clicking the image processing confirmation, I get this error:

Quote:
Unable to read the format of file: /var/www/vhosts/classiczcars.com/httpdocs/photopost/data/500/medium/DSC02064.JPG

I figured it out !

It looks like this is a problem with PERMISSIONS. Although I never changed the permissions, it looks like the permissions were changed during the file transfer process from one server-to-another.

I believe other people are having the same problem after a server move? Point them to this thread because it might fix the issues.

FYI, if you follow the install instructions it will only tell you to change permissions on lower-level directories. If you already have a functioning server, you will need to change permissions on all of the sub-folders within data, uploads, etc.... This can be done with a "chmod 777 -R" when you are inside the directory.

New servers only have /data/1, /data/2, /data/500. But, functioning servers have a lot more ... for instance the /data/500 also has sub-folders called /medium, /mini, /thumbs....

Hope this helps somebody. I know how it can be working at wee-hours in the morning trying to get something to work.

PS: I still think the Photopost developers should put together a CENTRAL configuration file and make everything look at that. Configuration files in 10 different places is hard.
