Viewing Gallery Error -Help

I have a few users who tell me that sometimes when they click over to our gallery they can see the gallery for a few seconds and then it flashes to a page cannot be displayed screen.

I don't even know what to tell them. This doesn't happen to all users only a handful of people.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

I seem to view your gallery fine also so more info would be needed here as in where are they being directed?
