Moved servers, getting an error (update template)

I'm trying to update a template, and I get this error:

Unable to write changes, permissions on showphoto.tmpl are not set properly.

It's set to read/write/execute.

Any idea?

Also, I tried to update it by downloading the file, modifying it and uploading, and that didn't seem to do anything.

Please ensure you have set permissions on the proper file. As in if your using the vb3 integration the file is located in the templates vb3enhanced directory not just templates
