Users getting "kicked" out

Hiya guys,

I have a user who writes the following:

"When I click on a thumbnail, it kicks me off the site. There are no error messages or anything. I click and then BOOM, I'm logged out".

Can someone offer some help on this one? I'm at a loss.

I think this is a cookie issue. If your integrated with a forum you need to ensure your cookies are exact between the forum and Photopost.

So do you have a url and test login?

Make sure in both your forum and photopost cookie settings that are set like this as this should help

cookie path /

cookie prefix bb

cookie domain .stamp-shack.com
