Can't login to admin

I am trying to install photopost and I'm having problems. I'm not sure how to login to the admin panel. When I try and login using my ubb threads admin login it says it doesn't know anything about it. It also isn't using the style sheet I specified. It does seem to be getting to the db because it shows the proper number of users in the upper left corner. I have verified the cookie prefix and the db prefixes. UBB 6.4

Ok I'm back on this and I cannot get logged in as Admin or as a regular user. I re-installed everything and the it is picking up the proper stylesheet. When ever I try and login it says login successful and then takes me to the home page and it would seem that I'm not logged in.

The link is http://www.handgunhunt.com/photopost
and a test user is Hunt4Fun and the password is testuser

Have you entered your cookie path as this

/usr/local/apache/htdocs

Try running this query in phpymyadmin

UPDATE pp_settings SET setting='/' WHERE id=173
