Search error messages

Hello guys,

I recently changed hosts and now my search feature is displaying the following error messages.

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /photopost/search.php on line 261

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /photopost/search.php on line 468


Keeping in mind that you are talking to someone with no php experience, can you tell me how I might solve the problem?

Did you transfer the correct database and files?

I looks like you transfered an older database and newer files. You can in admin turn on the debug setting to display errors and you will see the correct error when going to search and post that here and we can go from there. Most likely running the 5.5 and 5.6 upgrades will fix you but lets see.

Here is the error message that I am getting after setting the debug.

Script:

Query: DELETE FROM pp_searchids WHERE date < 1168279017


Result: Table 'stamkcom_forum.pp_searchids' doesn't exist

Database handle: Resource id #30

Yep your search table does not exist. Redownload the build upload the files except the config and run upgrade.php and run the 5.5 and 5.6 upgrades

This is most likely a very stupid question but where can I find a list of all of the builds? I checked in the member section and all I am able to find/download is version 5.6.2

Yes that is what you want to download. Upload the files except the config files and run the upgrades noted in my post. Your searchid table does not exist which means you never ran your upgrade script.
