Presale Installation Service Question

Hi

I'm having some difficulty installing jpeg libraries for imagemagick on my dedicated server. I installed ImageMagick fine and I think I've partially installed the jpeg library (as far as I can tell I havnt linked the library correctly / at all).

So my question is as part of the installation service would / could you completely uninstall my existing ImageMagick and libraries and install afresh as per your Installation service?

Also just to check, I have root access, but also my server is running Plesk 8.1.0 (Cent OS) and I'm running a number of domains using other scripts (that will also require a correctly installed ImageMagick) I'm presuming the ImageMagick install is in root and available to all domains.

Please note GD is also installed (correctly!) but I want to use ImageMagick specifically.

many thanks in advance

Rob

As long as we have root SSH we should be able to install fine even with a broken one there
