Crash during the upgrade from 5.21 to 5.62

Upgrade script starting the upgrade from my current version step-by-step (5.21-5.3....), but at the last step (upgrade to 5.62) it shows crash and can't proceed upgrade further.

Any ideas about the reasons?

I decided to stop now at the previouse version 5.5 but can't find photopost55.zip file. Is it possible to get it somewhere?

There should be no issues and sorry there is no 5.5 anywhere here. You should be able to upgrade running all the upgrades you want. You can post your issue here for someone to assist you in saying what the problem might be.
