Large images not showing up

Just installed and integrated VB+PP Pro.
I can upload the images w/o any issues and their thumbnails are showing up on index. but when i click on the images, it shows "X" and no image displayed.

I have setup max image size to 800x800 and medium size images to 800

I found that its taking path

http://site/pawdata/500/112776112-L.jpg

CORRECT PATH: http://site/paw/data/500/112776112-L.jpg

I checked all the paths in global options but could not find where to change this

If the path and url is correct in global options in storage options in admin hit revert and save twice to load the global path
