Unexpected Error 1 issues

Hello,

I am running PhotoPost 5.31. It was working great for months - users were very happy.

Then one day, suddenly, we start getting this error when we try to upload an image:

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

"/usr/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 100x67 -quality 70 -geometry 100x67 -unsharp 10 '/home/cazzzidy/public_html/gallery/data/500/thumbs/S_IMG_1170.jpg'
.........................................

I have checked all the permissions for the photopost gallery folders. Data and images all contained folders are set 777.

Any ideas?

HAs your host moved or upgraded the mogrify?

I would think something like this is the case as Basil points out. Try switching your image processor to gd2 and see if you can upload?
