upgrade 4.8 - 5.62 errors

Hello, ok i have upgraded my 4.8 site to 5.62 and have some problems.

Should also note that i had just moved site from a Cpanel server to my new Hsphere server.

The problems are:

Can login in as users admin but cannot see link to 'Admin Control Panel' anymore?

All my catagories are messed up?

Keep getting following error messages in error log
[Tue Dec 12 22:55:37 2006] [error] PHP Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /hsphere/local/home/wwwuser/bigcarp.net/forums/photopost.php on line 243

You have not ran all the required upgrades which is why you have sql errors. Which one did you forget to run looks like 4.82

At the top of upgrade.php try adding this

$skip_exheader="yes";

Then try running just 4.82 upgrade
