| upgrading from 5.61 to 5.62
If I upgrade from 5.61 to 5.62 without an upgrade script, then will the version get updated in the admin?
Is this a problem everyone will have who upgrades? New Photo post not working
Could I also skip this upgrade and wait for 5.63?

5.62 shows up fine for me. Maybe those guys in that other thread didn't set their member's usergroup to have upload rights?

Yes that's possible although I doubt that they changed that usergroup setting without realising it. But.. it's possible..
Anyways, did you upgrade from 5.61 to 5.62 by just uploading the files? Does it say in the admin that you use 5.62 now?
The * means to upload all files in those directories, right?

Yes the * does mean that, but in the case of the language files I think I'm right in saying you only need the one(s) you actually use.

It means that all the files have changed; but you only "need" the one you use (although languages is something we're looking at making user selectable in the future).

Okay cheers. I haven't uploaded the files yet but will it say 5.62 in the admin afterwards?

I'm not receiving e-mails anymore from threads I subscribed to. Is it just me, or?

Yes from here. I double-checked my spamarrest account but photopost.com is still white-listed and not blocked. I only use spamarrest, nothing else.
Notifcations are set to Instant in User CP, and I'm subscribed to this thread. My e-mail address in User CP is correct (and functioning).
Weird, I never had this problem before. Can you please respond to this topic Error to see if I get a notification for that thread?

I am very familiar with spamarrest since I use it also and I am getting my thread notifications. I better it is how I keep on top of things and answer people in a relative quick manner most times |
