MySQL errors?

Forgive me, I know absolutely diddly about MySQL, but I'm hoping someone can help me out here...

Two issues:
1) People going back and forth between the gallery and the forums are finding themselves being logged out of one or the other in the switch? I'm assuming it's a cookie issue?

2) Got a handful of MySQL errors:

Got this one four times:

An error was encountered during execution of the query:

REPLACE INTO phpbb_sessions (session_id,session_user_id,session_start,session_time,session_ip,session_page,session_logged_in)

The query returned with an errorcode of:

Got this one twice

DELETE FROM phpbb_sessions WHERE session_user_id=

Before I pull what's left of my hair out, can anyone tell me if my two problem are related and how I might go about correcting them?

In phpbb2.php make sure your login and logout function are like this

Now if I can just work out why it's not keeping people logged in when they bounce between gallery and forum I'll be happy.

Make sure your cookies are set the same between apps.

cookie path /

cookie prefix phpbb2mysql

cookie domain .domain.com

That's what I was trying to to last night... but now it won't let me log in at all, so I can't get to the admin control panel.

You need to see how you are writing your cookie as something is not set correct as noted above. If both applications are set the way noted above the cookie is readable sitewide

I know there's something up with the cookies, but I can't get into the Admin panel in Photopost to adjust the cookie settings there, as it won't let me log in at all.
