weird weird problem

ok bare with me on this one LOL

Some of my users are having trouble with uploading pics... it all seems to go through but the pics just will not appear... I've just upgraded to 5.61 .. I've checked all the permissions are correct on the directories/files etc and they all seem fine...

I've also noticed tonight that a user has posted a comment on a picture yet its not appeared on the recent comments ...

Any thoughts as I'm stumped

what do you mean it all appears to go through? If they upload a photo over the size of your PHP's max file upload the server will drop it so Photopost has nothing to process

Now the second thing just has to do with your category cache you can use it or turn it off in global options

How long before it shows the comments if set to yes chuck ?

Is there a time limit on this?...It was indeed set to yes so I set to no and the comments appeared instantly ..

Thanks again

Your cache should be like 10 minutes or whatever you have it set to.

As far as uploads yes just check and see what filesizes they are trying to upload I think thats your issue from what it sounds like
