No access to /gallery/adm-misc.php ?

I'm still in the process of tweaking setting, I'm one of the only three people with access to the gallery right now, and I'm the only one with admin authority...

From the Admin sidebar, when I click:
Administraion -> Edit Usergroups
or
Image Protection -> Options

I get this error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /gallery/adm-misc.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I checked, the file is definitely there, 199KB of glorious... stuff I can't access?

This has me puzzled, because one of my testers for some reason has a file upload limit of 1K, 1 image per day, even though I have the settings set significantly higher than that?

Any advice would be appreciated.

That to me sounds like an issue with your server. I remember this being reported once before and I asked the customer what the issue was but they never responded other than saying there host fixed the issue with the server. If the file exists and you dont have permission to use it and permissions on the file are at least 644 it is definately some server issue your host can assist you with

My server support has suggested the following:

The issue appears to be caused by mod_security. To correct the issue you ill
need to add the following lines to your .htaccess file:

SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off

This should correct the permissions error.

Does that sound about right to you? (wary of screwing something up)

That fix worked for me... Thanks bro!

Wish I know what it did... Time to google search it I guess.
