New image upload error v5.6.1

I'm trying to figure out why this member cannot upload an image.

His report and error is below:


I can not upload anything to the Assignment... This is the message I keep getting.... Even though I can not upload anything it shows that my disk space was taken up....

Make sure your data directories at every level in the data directory are 777. It would appear that this has not been done when you installed per the install instructions
