Arrow Internal server error

Admins and moderators can upload photos ok, but when a user uploads, they get "internal server error".

Permissions on usergroup are ok
Permissions on category are ok
File size, type and width/height are within limits set.

I desperately need some help with this one. I've even upgraded to 5.6 in the hope that using fresh install files would clear the problem. It has not.

Some more info here would assist as in a url test login to try upload.

Initial response is to read this but this is usually associated with filesize memory issues and GD

Fatal error: Allowed memory size

that change didn't make any difference.

It just seems specific to the usergroup permissions. There is an area for guest upload and that works ok too.

www.midlandsweather.org.uk if you need account details, I need somewhere secure to send them

Have you refreshed usergroups in the admin panel of Photopost to grab any new groups you made in vb and set permissions?

No, that's right, but you will have had them from an optrex, using the same email address as used in both my profile and my license agreement.

Both emails entitled "internal server error" and that matches the title of this thread.

I can't make it any simpler than that, using your current support structure.

This product is an expensive purchase, it's almost 96 hours since my first post. I'm still no further forward and I am beginning to get very frustrated

You can post your site url and test logins here on support all you like. You can also email support@photopost.com but you choose not to post here but email me directly and as such I am simply waiting on your email.

I still have no email from you.
