main(config-inc.php): failed to open stream

Warning: main(config-inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/eslcafe/public_html/photopost/install.php on line 112

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'config-inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/eslcafe/public_html/photopost/install.php on line 112

Can anyone suggest a way to solve this or what might have caused it?

remove the .NEW extention off both your config files and then run install
