Upload says it has, but it hasn't.

A new installation, and when I try to upload a photo (4MB), the process says that the photo has uploaded correctly, but when I view the site, it isn't there. Using ImageMagick. I have managed to upload a very small file (2.2kb).

You can not upload a file over 2mb unless you alter your PHP setup. A default PHP setup is limited to 2mb upload and if its larger your server drops it so our program never gets to process it

You need to ask your host about increasing it

Ok, So I have just tried to reduce the size of the file in Paintshop Pro, and it's now less than 2MB, but I now get a:

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

"/usr/bin/convert" +profile "*" -size 389x400 -quality 100 -geometry 389x400 -unsharp 10 '/home/sites/********/public_html/PhotoPost/data/1/thumbs/Swan.jpg'
