Try reinstalling the application if this is a new install and pay attention to the install questions. We had one other user have this issue and I reran his install and it was fine

Check the uploads and data directory permissions are 777 at every level in those directories

Please post a phpinfo link here.

My data directory permissions are 777

phpinfo.php

After this error if I check the upload directories the images are in there, but the software does not acknowledge that.

I use Image processor is GD 2

Reinstalling the application a problem has not solved.

My installed files:

Forum - /home/..../.../mysite/
PhotoPost - /home/..../.../mysite/gallery/

Whether it was possible to solve this problem?

Or to try completely to remove base and to make repeated installation?

Yes you need to verify your a person to send me email

Well you have pictures uploaded so what did you change for it to stop working?

Has any server work been performed that you know of? Basically what is happening is we are calling the processor to create the image but are unable to read the file so nothing is processing. It is a permissions issue with the processor or server setup that I see

How to solve this problem?
On what is necessary to pay attention or what it is necessary to change in options of a server?

well I have you details and will try looking at a few things over the thanksgiving holiday but I would suggest just as a backup you try compiling Imagemagick on your server and see if things work with that to rule out issues with the gd2
